Asparagus
The GEM of spring. The first harvestable crop we have is Asparagus. It is a small part of our produce operation but one of the tastiest. We planted a half acre of Jersey Giant about five years ago and have harvested for a couple of years. Our asparagus is snapped rather than cut which ensures that the asparagus you get from us is all good quality asparagus.
