Strawberry Big Boy Pie

Ingredients:
3 oz. strawberry jello
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 quart fresh strawberries
One 9 or 10 inch baked pie shell

Directions:
Mix together jello, sugar and cornstarch in large saucepan. Add 2 cups boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes, then cool. Pour a little of this mixture in the bottom of the baked pie shell. Arrange the quart of fresh,washed strawberries in the pie shell and spoon the remaining mixture over the fruit. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
